Engineer Laith Saleem EL-Ameer ,Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors  of  Mutasim State Contracting Construction Company one formations  of the Ministry of the Construction and Housing announced that his company Company is about to accomplish the Life Support Project in Suliemanya Province supervised by the Directorate of Works in MOD as the achievement rate reaches  94% approximately." The project consists of Management Office , sleeping halls , dry and fresh food depots , detergents depot, freezing and chilling stores, ice factory, oven, fuel and oil stations, water and electricity stations in addition to asphalt and concrete streets " he added . It is worthy to be mentioned that the project cost is twenty eight billion and eight hundred and sixty nine million Iraqi Dinar and its area is 160000m2.
